Dead last bottom tier. All they do is smoke weed and "party". but all they have socials with are AZD and DZ real cute. LOL not. no other sorority here at iowa would even think about walking into that house. (well besides azd and dz). NO guy in their right mind would bid beta. I have yet to meet one guy who is cute let alone normal from that chapter. they need to be kicked off . now go hang out with the Damn Zoo (DZ) and girls who think they are hot aka (AZD)

These girls do not live up to their rep.. which is a good thing! Many are quick to judge without really knowing any of them and the fact is these girls are not only very outgoing and nice, but academics are very important to them! Obviously they know how to party but their rep is improving and they are great girls to be with.

Stayed here on a weekend with one of my buddies in the house and all of the guys were very respectful and welcoming. The house parties well and are sure to have a good time. Well dressed and classy. I was surprised how welcomed I was being from a different fraternity at Iowa State University.

No matter how much they get bashed on, a good house. A NICE HOUSE, with a great view. This semester has been bad with multiple new guys going to the hospital with injuries from being too drunk, but still a good house if youre looking to rush.

Pikes are a great group of guys, I knew one guy who I became really good friends with and I ended up meeting a lot of them. Pike, Phi delt, Sig Nu, and Phi Psi would be considered top houses by girls (no order). We loves pike socials though, always a good amount of guys and girls show up to have a good time. Girls pretty much all know the bottom houses, for example when a social with a fraternity comes up on Facebook and less than 10 out of 100 want to go. We all know who lol

Literally LOL at Beta at Iowa. They are a complete joke and an embarassment to Iowa's greek life. Houses like Beta should be removed from campus. They only hang out with bottom tier houses because frankly no self respecting top tier sorority house would ever give them a chance. They are complete losers and are just down right unattractive. Lol at the girls(we all know what sorority you are in) who try to give them a better ranking. Beta is a dying fraternity at Iowa and that's for the best.

Girls have come a long way, improving every year and pledge class looks awesome. As a member in another house, close by them I'm very jealous and wish I would of went with tri delta. From what I hear they are always fun and having a great time. Girls not in this chapter are jealous, and wish they would of got a bid. All I hear are wonderful comments about them, who cares about the rumors they are stupid and made up.
