The negative comments on this page are too funny. The top houses at Iowa are the ones that get bashed most often, (Phi Psi,Phi Delt). I'm in a sorority here and Phi Psi is always one of our top options for socials, pairings, etc. They have a nice house, best grades, and just won house of the year.

Probably top house, even after being kicked off they seem to have maintained almost all of their 35+ pledge class (Kappa Sigs) and still seem to hand pick from top sororities. People can say what they want but they all know the truth.
