They're up and coming. They got a house, they're making it nice, and they got a pretty good pledge class in the fall. I talked with their president at a party, and he seems like a really good and motivated dude, so I'm excited to see where Delts is on campus next year. All they really need is a big spring class, then I think they're on their way.

Cool guys. When I met the fraternity for the first time they made a good first impression. They were all very charismatic and they were not the stereotypical “frat guys”. I felt very safe and comfortable around them.

Pretty mid tbh. They have a decent house and chapter size but they have nothing else going for them. Socially they barely exist, none of their events are worth attending. They tend to recruit quantity over quality and it definitely shows cus some of their members are very strange.
