They aren't super cool but they are a friendly group of guys. They have their handful of hot guys but they're shy. They have really great open parties but it would be nice if their invite list included less guys from other schools. Sometimes I feel like they invite a lot of guys just to collect money from them.

They have good parties, the philanthropy events are pretty well planned, and they guys I've met are really nice.

The guys in this fraternity are really friendly and some of them are really hot. They are social and really act like fraternity brothers. Not much bad to say about them.

Nothing bad about these guys except that they're really picky when it comes to hooking up with girls who make it obvious that they want to and they don't host that many parties. It's hard to actually define them than it is with alpha chi rho (guys who are always at the gym) aepi (always drinking and really cliquey) zbt (country guys) tke (rule breakers) tau delta (socially awkward) pi kappa alpha (filled with token demographic guys). I like having mixers with phi kapps, apds, and kappa sigmas.

most people dont know who they are on campus but for some reason their house is always crowded. i feel like a lot of the people at their parties arent even from ramapo. the guys are really sweet when you get to know them.

i dont hear the best rumors about these guys. they are friendly and active but they fake being nice. i remember a few weeks ago they put fliers all over campus saying they would shovel cars out of the snow but we had to email them and give them a general area of where they car was. it was so vague and obviously a publicity stunt.

Nothings wrong with being a little competitive. everyone should have pride for their org and i like that about theta. no sorority is perfect everyone has some good girls and some not so good girls but theta holds the majority of the best girls on this campus. continue with the jealous comments they probably don't care hah
