Theta Phi's are pretty chill and accepting so they are not clones, each sister is very unique and together they are pretty well rounded.

ΘΦΑ is a group of really cool girls! They are super nice to everyone. They did really well with recruitment this Spring and I can't wait to see how they do in the fall!

Conflict has defined your chapter in the last semesters, inside the sisterhood and out. Your reputation among Greek life is far from stellar. You had outstanding recruitment numbers this fall! That is one step towards salvation. Work on your retention and sisterhood next, then prove you’re the sorority you have the potential to be. This year is a big rebuilding year for the chapter, make the most of it. I’m cheering for you!
