Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 4.6 A lot of people who don't know these women judge them. The problem is, they don't judge you. They are fiercely loyal and accept anyone who takes the time to get to know them. They're classy as can be but aren't afraid to get their hands dirty or have some fun. Really upped their game the last few years. Good job ladies!
