Overall nice brothers. Their frat has really grew and they seem to be one of the only chapters who throw decent parties these days

This frat loves mixing with us but they’re so overrated. Not that much fun and go to other frats to party. Create the most beef with other frats

Overall, great fraternity; great brotherhood, good parties, nice brothers. The theta chi house will forever be my favorite place to party. And to top it all off, Jon Day is there. For that, 5/5 stars.

All of the men in this chapter seem to care not only about the safety of those inside but the safety of all involved. Multiple times when something went wrong numerous brothers stepped up to help the situation.

In my 3 1/2 years being in Greek life this is by far the worst organization there is. They love to cyber bully to boost their ego! Indiana borough literally has a case open against them

In my 3 1/2 years in Greek life these guys went from unknown to pretty popular. They’re actually competing with the other “top tier”, have a lot of nice guys, not creeps and hold decent parties here and there for those who still go to frats to party. Talking to other frats they are hated on a lot because they are getting up there but comes with the territory. They need a more spacious house though like the other two frat houses on 7th and maybe stop hanging out with the same 2 sororities and expand to making friends with others

I hate to be the buzzkill but it’s OnlyHonest, you guys are still bottom tier. You showed a spark but instead of riding the wave, you guys kind of missed it. Not you’re just a below average frat that throws decent parties. Positives tho include close brotherhood and pride in your letters. You seem like nice (although dorky) guys but I’m sure you can do more. So why not just do it? You guys can be middle or even top tier (if a certain frat keeps declining). You have a strong national office, brothers, and a lot of pride. So show everyone else what they’re missing. Bottoms tier with top tier potential, until then, do more.
