Seemed like a good enough group of guys that I would’ve been happy to rush if you paid me a lick of attention. Between the drama in your chapter, members dropping their letters, and you’re bad reputation with women, i’m sure nobody would care about where you live if the brothers in the chapter are bottom tier. I’m sorry because I like you guys, but you really need to step up your game.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 2.7 I see you guys hustling to build, that’s awesome! Work on recruitment strategies and get after potentials with a smile. You got a chip on your shoulder for no reason, work on your tact so potentials don’t blow you off. If you want to build and grow long term, break out of your tunnel vision.

It’s the simple formula. More members=lower dues=even more members. Let’s face it, frats ain’t cheap unless you got money to blow. And 2 is something I’ve seen on multiple occasions. You guys are trolls. If you’re a brother, you know who you are. You kinda treat geeds like outsiders instead of potentials. Don’t like the new house and alcohol go to your head. You’re not top tier. BUT with that being said, you are above average in just about everything a frat can be. Just clean it up a little. Middle tier with top tier potential.
