Phi Mu Delta - ΦΜΔ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 3.4 Had a weird start to semester but seemed to have turned things around a bit. New basement looks nice and the music is better during parties. loads of room for improvement, but it seems like they're starting to figure their stuff out.
