Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 3.0 Not a bad place to party but for what ever reason the DJ plays Gangnam Style like five times a night and the brothers get insanely hype. One time a kid was obviously displeased and attempted to leave when the song came on, but four brothers cornered him and forced him to learn the entire song and dance. He was in tears walking out, very surreal.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 3.6 If I did not plan on transferring, I would 110% rush here. Their president always goes out of his way to talk to me. The parties are never boring and I can't complain about not having to pay a cover fee. I was allowed into one of their mixers and the girls they had were total dimes. Gompers Ave will always be my fav iup party spot
