I hate to be the buzzkill but it’s OnlyHonest, you guys are still bottom tier. You showed a spark but instead of riding the wave, you guys kind of missed it. Not you’re just a below average frat that throws decent parties. Positives tho include close brotherhood and pride in your letters. You seem like nice (although dorky) guys but I’m sure you can do more. So why not just do it? You guys can be middle or even top tier (if a certain frat keeps declining). You have a strong national office, brothers, and a lot of pride. So show everyone else what they’re missing. Bottoms tier with top tier potential, until then, do more.

I’m gonna be honest, you guys COULD be top tier easily. You only need to do a few things. 1. Up your numbers. It’s the simple formula. More members=lower dues=even more members. Let’s face it, frats ain’t cheap unless you got money to blow. And 2 is something I’ve seen on multiple occasions. You guys are trolls. If you’re a brother, you know who you are. You kinda treat geeds like outsiders instead of potentials. Don’t like the new house and alcohol go to your head. You’re not top tier. BUT with that being said, you are above average in just about everything a frat can be. Just clean it up a little. Middle tier with top tier potential.

So guys, first of all, you need to relax. The drama between brothers is horrible when you’re sitting on the Greek life throne. Easily the nicest house. Handsome dudes (pause). And you hang out with some smokeshows . BUT you’re kinda trash at socializing. You’re used to acting like the preppy highschool “popular” kids. But you’re a national fraternity. Show class. And treat everyone with the respect they’d give you. No reason to be rude cuz that just brings hate and let’s be honest, that’s a very phi psi thing to do. Like the great Jackie moon would say; Everybody Love Everybody. You guys have the opportunity to steal every other frat’s potentials. Think about why you don’t, and fix it. Don’t be tools and you’ll be #1 for a while.

I made one for every frat at IUP cuz it’s what I do. So take it with a grain of salt. You guys showed up and looked promising. You were athletic, took part in everything you could get your hands on, and threw decent mixers from what I hear. However, the decline has been atrocious. That means bad. You just need to get people on your side again and to do that, you need to talk to more people. I think maybe a couple combines would help. Let people know you want to be relevant and they’ll see you’re trying. Gotta play the game in order to win. And a bunch of wanna be athletes like you guys can do it. Bottom tier but with a lot of potential.

So I think the “Honest af” rating below mine is pretty spot on. I’ll add to it tho. I can’t tell if your new house was a hit or miss when it comes to drawing people in. However, I think the most impressive thing from such a bottom tier frat is the brotherhood. You guys are truly eachothers best friends it seems. But still, you need wayyy more people. Don’t be so dorky. Choose your rush events that make people talk to eachother. I’m sure nationals wants you guys to act like a social club but you’re not. You’re a FRAT. So be a frat. All it takes is a few popular guys to get their buddies to join and you guys can be back in business and get up there to at least middle tier. Rush with a purpose and not like you’ll just take anyone. Good luck

I’m going to assume the 5 star ratings were don’t but members or something but Honest Abe is here to help. You guys gotta get more involved. Like your frat depends on it. Yeah the group of guys you’re with seem like all you need it’s not. You need members. You need interest. If nobody knows who you are. Then why would nationals keep you there? Think about it. Also, maybe think about getting a new house. One that can give you guys a fresh start and get people to notice that you’re still there.

Great frat. Like this is what a frat should be. Don’t let it go to your head tho because you’re tied with sig chi at this university. Your basement is why they haven’t passed you because when it comes to the brothers alone, you guys have a horrible reputation. Take it with a grain of salt. And stay off the cops radar. Top tier but pending until you guys get over your 20 investigations

Look I didn’t wanna bring it up, but you guys have had some issues in your frat. Almost as bad as phi psi. However, You’ve had your drama and you’ve overcome it and for that, salute. You seem to be very accepting and nice guys tho. But keep the drama out of your house before you lose it. Middle tier at best.

These guys should be top tier. I’m NOT saying that they are, but they could be. Only reason my ranking shows it, is because I believe in having 3 frats at top tier. None of this “lower mid” bs. These guys aren’t friendly as they should be. The best you’ll get from them is rush week because duh they need brothers. They are one of the largest frats in the nation so they should really use that to get more brothers. Other than that, don’t be the usual tools and it’ll work out in your favor, I promise
