Y’all are working to become something great. Keep up the good work, don’t let internal drama tear you down.

Conflict has defined your chapter in the last semesters, inside the sisterhood and out. Your reputation among Greek life is far from stellar. You had outstanding recruitment numbers this fall! That is one step towards salvation. Work on your retention and sisterhood next, then prove you’re the sorority you have the potential to be. This year is a big rebuilding year for the chapter, make the most of it. I’m cheering for you!

You guys surprised me with your recruitment numbers! Excellent work! Keep it up gentlemen. The issue you guys face is uphill PR. You fly too low under the radar. While far from being a king of controversy, drum up some discussion about yourselves. Get your name out there. Start throwing combines and mix with as many as you can. I have high hopes for you guys.

You have a nice house, it will not save you. You’re internal drama might as well be aired on CNN, you aren’t pulling numbers, and the discussion surrounding you guys is depressing. Declining undergraduate numbers will be your death unless you got a bold strategy that pays off in the end.

You guys are on life support. Everyone has heard your name, but they haven’t actually interacted with you guys personally. I am rooting for you guys to make a huge return. It’s either that, or pull the plug.

You guys will fade into obscurity fast if you don’t build back. Stop sitting back on your heels, get more new blood in and create a sense that you’re more than a group of friends with a house.

New house is great and will continue to pay dividends in the future. Your alumni really care and you guys wear your letters with pride. I known some of your actives for years, you guys have always been good to me. I am excited to see what you all will do going forward.

The now location is a big force multiplier for you guys, but you HAVE to branch out. Get out of that shell and get involved. Hell, start your own tradition. Whatever you guys have to do to secure yourself, get after it.

Stagnation will kill you guys if you let it. Don’t fall into the mentality that because the house is big, people will automatically come. Right now you guys are holding steady, but you have to grind if you want to excel.

I see you guys hustling to build, that’s awesome! Work on recruitment strategies and get after potentials with a smile. You got a chip on your shoulder for no reason, work on your tact so potentials don’t blow you off. If you want to build and grow long term, break out of your tunnel vision.
