Theta Who? There must be an owl. They are only known for there name. Name shouldn't be enough to impress. This chapter of Theta Chi parades around as being Social, but when you host closed parties all the time, is that really being Social? They shouldn't be considered Top Tier, the newer brothers are known for being questionable. Word on campus is that they are trying to cover up something big, just ask them what they are trying to cover up. Too many frats feel they are too big to fail. Be warned, it isn't safe or advisable to attend any parties this chapter hosts. Can't wait for things under wraps to become widely known. We'll see if they recover.

You guys did makeover home edition on an apartment building and think you’re top tier… you’re not. Your parties suck, your brothers are under investigation, and you can’t even control your own pledges. Get it together

went to an acacia party for the first time early this semester and i hate to say it but i was not at all impressed. you have a two bedroom apartment and your stairs to your place are a fire escape. most apartments in philly square are nicer the your “frat”. best of luck to you guys i didn’t think you were bad people just not a good frat

Can’t deny this is one of the biggest and best frats on campus. however, the amount of big egos walking around that house. yall need to chill. you regularly jump random people for what seems like no reason. ive seen it happen multiple times. eventually yall are gonna get sued or catch a charge. something to think about

One of the best frats on campus. Sucks that they aren’t closer to campus, because they’re the best brothers and I have the most fun there also they have the best juice
