Nearly half of this chapter is ghosts. The president stepped down from the large amount of risk and liability. The house is the little bit of tier they have. If you join here you probably want to not pay dues and drink crappy booze every weekend.

Phi Tau seems to have an extremely close brotherhood of very nice guys. They are really on the come up with campus involvement and always have great social events. Every time I am there the girls are gorgeous and the bros always go out of there way to say what's up.

This is by far the worst group of guys I've ever met on campus. Every other fraternity at IUP does not like Kap Sig. Every guy in here acts like they are the highest tiered group of humans on earth. Never have I met a solid genuine soul from kap sig.
