not sure how you are ranking the "best" when one specific sorority you listed in the "top tier" has not only gotten into trouble over the past year for hazing allegations but also had to go through informal recruitment because they did not reach their quota

You all realize that QU only has 7 sororities so the term "tier" has no relevance here
