Kappa delta is full of so many great girls. I don’t know why there are some negative comments because they are so not true. I have not met a girl in KD that I don’t like. They all love each other a lot and always hangout but still hangout with lots of other organizations. They are extremely wholesome and very involved on campus. I would definitely wife one up

Girls who come from privileged families but aren’t classy... they don’t know to act and behave and if you have seen them in Vanity or Box they act like it’s the first time they have gone out.

Kappa Delta is a sorority with many flaws and I wish that I never rushed or was apart of their "sisterhood." For those rushing in the Spring I am going to give you inside knowledge of what KD really is as a sorority. SOCIALS? We are not invited to many and even Phi Sig is invited to more. Sisterhood? I am yet to see real sisterhood in KD. Every girl talks to one another but the truth is their is group chats leaving one girl out and their are always gossip and fake friendships. Here are a couple more fun facts. 1) The President is the reason why we were not allowed to do anything this fall. Blame what she did but it all effected us. 2) Gossip... Gossip... Gossip... and back stabbing girls who do not have my back. 3) Your big will give you rarely any support. GIRLS PLEAE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SORORITY. DON'T BE FOOLED BY WHAT WE USED TO BE. TIMES HAVE CHANGED AND WE DO NOT HAVE A PRESENCE ANYMORE ON CAMPUS AND I MADE THE MISTAKE BY LOOKING AT OLD REVIEWS. YOU WILL HAVE TO LOOK AT EVERY SORORITY DURING THE PROCESS BUT PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND TAKE YOUR BID FROM KD. If you do you will be miserable and not able to leave due to fear of backlash like I am.

Let me start by saying every sorority has its flaws, and a true Kappa Delta sister knows that. A real Kappa Delta also anticipates criticism and will take it with perseverance. All of this hate comes full circle and reminds girls to steer clear of those who make no effort to understand or empathize with others but act in their own interest without caring who else gets hurt. I am not sure what Kappa Delta’s you know, but those whom I communicate with stray away from gossip and demeaning comments because they are magnanimous individuals, every single one of them. They care deeply for one another and are each beautiful and diverse. A true Kappa Delta knows that some people feel like they can reach out and touch every inch of a person through posts and pictures they see online, but while they are doing so, there are bystanders who are experiencing these people in REAL LIFE. Always endeavor to take a closer look and don’t get caught up in the lives of other people. Social media and specifically, this website creates an outlet for insensitive behavior...recruitment is an opportunity to embark on a journey that is personal to you and only you. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion; however, trying to influence people’s decisions like this prohibits the authentic atmosphere that is essential throughout the whole process. To whoever reads this: remember to observe life through your own eyes and don’t rely on someone else’s viewpoint to form your own.

If your first reason to join a sorority is to go to socials, you probably shouldn’t rush any sorority. Sororities are not about partying. If that’s a priority for you or something you think every sorority values, you’ll be sadly mistaken.

Kappa Delta is a great group of girls to be surrounded with. I’m not sure why there are negative comments. I used to be in KD until I graduated last year and it was a great sorority. Kappa delta holds the values of friendship sisterhood and loyalty. Kappa Delta has been having trouble the past year but that doesn’t mean we are not a great sorority.
