Sorry but SigEp has beat you guys for the best Frat on campus. Still above DTD, PiKapp,ZBT, and DU though. They throw great parties and have nice guys but have lost alot of ground to SigEp.

Theta is the hardest sorority to get a bid from. They seem like nice girls but a lot of people think they're snobby because they only recruit the "best" girls.
