Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Indiana State University - ISU 2.0 Smoking weed 24/7 and throwing parties every weekend doesn't make you a fraternity. GDI's can do that just as easily. Absolutely zero involvement on campus or the community. Honestly didn't even think they were chartered here.
