Yeah PIKE has a lot of members, and seemingly do good in a majority of campus activities. But I could do without them. Nearly every PIKE I have ever met was outstandingly rude. I would never waste my breath to call them gentlemen. They give a bid to basically anyone that walks through the door. There is no brotherhood.

They give bids to anyone. Of course they are gonna do well at events because they recruit anyone giving them more room to have guys interested in the stupid campus events. They have no identity. Just some try hards who think winning intramurals, trike, etc makes them the bees knees when in college no one cares what you do. They aren't a brotherhood. I bet most of their members couldnt tell you half the chapters first and last name lmfao.

They are a large fraternity but have just about the same total as all of the sororities on campus. You can always find them wearing their letters and supporting every organization on campus; even when other fraternities are entirely too cruel to PIKE. Also, Pike has some of the best involvement on campus. They work hard to compete in Homecoming events and they deserve to win events such as the float and Trike. They are the true gentlemen of ISU.

A brother of mine spent 10 minutes at the First Church of Pike. He got a tour of the house and at the end the Pikes gave him a bid and said "Here sign this." He said no and left and then came to a real fraternity. I guess the old saying is true. If you can't get a bid from the fraternity you want, you can always get a bid from Pike.

When you are at the top and one of the best Fraternities on campus, others will take cheap shots at you.

Pike is basically a country club. You sign your bid, pay your dues and then have over 100 guys that you will never meet or truly experience a brother hood.
