I am an independent girl who has been to most of the fraternities on campus and lets be real here, Sig Ep party's basically are girls showing up drinking their alcohol then leaving for a cooler fraternity like SAE, KA or Sig Chi without saying a single word to any of the brothers. So if you are into not talking to girls and just watching them drink and then leave without talking to you because all of your brothers are lame, then this is the place for you.

Zeta has been a top house for a few years and I don't think they are going anywhere any time soon. These girls are so involved and they actually enjoy being involved. Yes they have a few questionables but every chapter does. I can see why some other chapters are jealous and I would be too if I was in a sorority. The zetas know what they are worth.... Don't hate them because of that.
