Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Portland State University - PSU 4.9 Literally the most relevant fraternity on campus, and they're not even installed. They throw some damn good parties and at the same time they're a very well rounded group with something to offer everyone. Best sorority relations as well. 10/10 would rush Phi Delt

Getting drunk on the porch and Harrasing people who actually live on the block is extremely bad form and makes the entire fraternity seem like a bunch of low class drunks
