It's kinda weird to say where you think you would go, especially if you don't go here (which i'm assuming you don't yet because you don't know the reputation of the houses). It's definitely best to meet people in the different chapters instead of going into recruitment saying "I'll definitely be a Chi O!" because you never know who you're going to talk to during recruitment. When you transfer, try to meet different sorority women and definitely get a feel for campus before recruitment. All the chapters you listed are wonderful and if you're a fit, that's great! But it would suck if a year before recruitment you fall in love with one because of a dumb website and then get your hopes crushed when you get cut/they weren't what you expected.

I transferred as a sophomore this semester and rushed and it was such a good decision. I am in one of the houses you listed. It was one of my top two going in from what I read on GR, and I love my house. Try to keep your mind open though, because it can be hard to set your heart on a house that you actually haven't met. But you should totally rush, I was nervous rushing as a sophomore, but at OSU, it really didn't seem to hurt me at all. Good luck!

a bit about each house though, from my experience:

Theta: smart, classy,pretty good sisterhood, mix of girls who stay in and go out
Chi O: Very similar to theta, smart, great sisterhood, not huge partiers
KD: out of these, known as having not as strong of a sisterhood, a little more superficial and catty, but still very nice, also good grades, like to party more
Tri Delt: good sisterhood, idk not much to say it's a pretty average chapter
AGD: know as being laid back, fun, a little sloppier when they go out, chill girls
