if you had to rank the frats based on looks pretty much like sororities here, how would you rank them

You're going to have people who are aestheticly pleasing in all frats. You're going to have not so aesthetically pleasing there too.

I think sororities are much easier to rank in terms of looks because it is a lot more obvious (the hottest girls tend to be heavily clustered in the 'top tier' sororities).

Phi Psi is hands down considered the top house here but I see plenty of lanky or awkward looking guys in that chapter. I tend to like muscular guys so TKE or Kappa Sig would be my fave with a shout out to Delt and Sig Chi for dressing nice.
