I mean back in the day (pre-membership review) Sigma Chi rivaled Phi Psi and Sammy as top house on campus. Then they fell off hard with sanctions but were able to work their way backup by having underground events with DG (also on probation at the time) and riding on their past reputation.

So I guess it depends what point in time you are comparing the current chapter to...I would argue Sigma Chi is number two house on campus now, TKE has really fallen off if we are being honest, Kappa Sig is rising but still lacks the prestige that PKP and Sigma Chi get from top tier girls.
