Zeta doesn't care where they go... It's actually not their problem. Pike knew that zeta was up to come back to campus when AOPi left. That house.

No they didn't. PHA as a whole did not know that they were going to extend a bid to a new chapter until this year... And the only reason why zeta got the bid was because of Shelley meyer

The lease doesn't expire for 3 years... Plenty of time to look at alternative locations.

That poster was right. ZTA has been up to come back to campus since gphi recolonozed. They were in the running when Gphi & phi mu presented but weren't chosen. Just because they weren't extended a bid to come back then doesn't know they didn't try

The Zeta have owned that house for years. It's a lease and they are the landlord & owners.
