zeta
by: GuestZeta is average. You can't build a sisterhood off of a 15 minute interview. It's impossible for all those 200 girls to want similar things when a 70 year old women picks who should be in the chapter. I sound salty, but I'm glad I dropped out of Zeta. All the girls we're so different.

So Zeta is actually all really similar, but I don't think it turned out the way greek life expected. They all have a very southern belle look, and that's the main thing I think that went into their selection. Their girls ended up similar, but def not what people expected when rushing ZTA. Expected them to grow to be similar to Gphi, I think they're going to grow to be a more popular Chi O. They'll end up being sweethearts, but also still very concerned with looks.

People seem to forget we have a newer chapter as an example of how colonization works, and how much progress can be made in a short amount of time. Gamma Phi has definitely come a long way, and yeah, I agree with you about the sisterhood. Quite frankly, OP, I'm not sure what you expected...starting a new chapter is very difficult, and if you didn't want to put in the work, then why did you do ZTA? There were tons of quality girls who wanted it, and all the challenges that come with colonizing. PS: Recruitment is literally the exact same thing as extension recruitment, except alum from each organization picked the founding class for Gphi and ZTA.
