I think you should try going out with some people and get to know them. It does not have to be a party but maybe a study session or coffee. If you still don't like it then drop because you are taking another persons spot and that person might like it. Give it a couple more weeks and make an effort. You should not pay attention to the ZTA posts on here cuz they can be made by anyone.

They are very average

Colonizing a new chapter is very difficult. From what I've heard from my friends in ZTA/Gphi the beginning can be really hard as far as getting established. Plus you joined a sisterhood of 190+ women who don't know each other, which isn't a bad thing, you guys just need to get to know each other. This is why a lot of girls join established chapters, it's easier to assimilate into. Combine all that with the fact that ZTA has no relationships with other Greek organizations or a chapter house, of course it's going to feel a bit awkward. I would give it more time, but if you're not feeling it, rush again next year.

ZTA is full of amazing and beautiful women. I'm positive that if ever needed someone to talk to then someone will be right there to do so. I am in ZTA and it is going to be hard to meet 190+ girls but everyone is so welcoming and they are so many different personalities among the sorority that I'm sure you would fit in somewhere.

You've been a new member less than a week and you are thinking of quitting? Maybe you should. If you are not mature enough to realize that relationships ( any relationships) take work and time, then maybe you should just get on down the road.

I would, however, recommend waiting. Give yourself some more time. Talk to one of their TLCs. See what happens. If you are still not feeling it as initiation approaches, then quit. As long as you are not initiated you could rush next year.
