Can anyone explain COB to me? If a sorority contacts you, are you guaranteed a spot in their sorority?

It usually means they are interested and would like to get to know you better to see if they would like to offer you a bid

COB is a lot more casual than formal recruitment. You might meet a couple of sorority members for a cup of coffee, might be invited for lunch or dinner or the whole chapter might do something with the PNMs.
