Unranked: zeta. For the first 3-4 years they will be somewhere between gphi and aopi though. It takes TIME for a chapter to grow

it takes time for a chapter to grow, yes. but this site never allows other chapters to "grow" in rankings, when in fact they have. GPhi, KD and APhi should be higher than what this shows.

are based on each individual considering it's an OPINION. Pi phi is definitely not my number one lol. I'd rather party with DG over thrm

agreed. thats why doing tiers is better. pi phi, dg, and alpha phi are all great, but i'd prefer alpha phi. however, all three or top houses. tiers is best in that way. it's personal preference

AXO got a cool pledge class this year and they're fun to party with. they should be higher up

in general though, this ranking stuff is kind of dumb from a guys perspective. no one actually cares about it at socials, all we care about is having a good time

But what makes someone top tier....because you say zeta will be bottom for years when it comes to tradition and sisterhood, yet you're ranking people on popularity and looks here. Makes sense.

i think we can all agree zeta is already better than ATLEAST aopi because zeta atleast could fill their spots....the demand was so high and I know girls are fighting to be a aopi or even a gphi like common people im not even a zeta and think its stupid to compare them at this point lets just wait before saying their "bottom"

each tier has the ones that like to party more or the ones that like to stay in more. it's why rankings are done better within tiers since it's individual preference
