Wasn't tonight when zta was suppose to hand out their bids. If so how many bids did the give?

Its tomorrow night but they want to give out around 150 bids

That would be more than total and they can't do that. They had a wait list for girls who could potentially get a bid if someone that was being offered a bid didn't accept it, that's probably where the 194 comes into play.
