Pi Phi & DG are interchangeably the top houses, and alpha phi comes in number 3

After this years pc you can't call pi phi number 1...... Definitely alpha phi and DG

you have five houses that compete against each other.. Each with a slight difference .. Thetas care about looks, but they care more about the total pnm.. Grades, activities, legacys, Pi Phis care a lot about looks, but they also want nice girls who are fun, Alpha Phi has the reputation for being partiers, but they have campus leaders and many girls involved on campus, DG obviously cares nothing about grades and just pick good looking girls they like, KD may have the reputation for taking leftovers, but that could be fine because everyone make mistakes and cuts great girls.. If you are a little quiet or didn't hit it off with the girl taking you around or didn't already have a friend in the house.. You could be outstanding and still be cut.. Overall, everyone has a good class ..

Depends on what you are looking for.. Pi phi and DG are known to be the top houses... I would say pi phi has a slight edge though. Alpha phi has a great social schedule but also a bad reputation for being a bit stuck up. KD is definitely rising socially as well. Theta is the odd man out here and has an old reputation of being top but times are changing. KKG leaving definitely changed the game and I think that the mid tier houses are starting to move up to fill the gaps.. Chi O is the top of the mids but isn's as keen on being social... AGD and DDD are the next up and are definitely picking up the spaces in all of the frats' social calendars. It is hard to say "best" because things are changing so much right now... KKG leaving campus changed the game.
