Aphi is definitley better than Theta now. Theta keeps getting weirder. I'd probably also put tridelt with chi o and kd, or put kd on it's own.

Alpha Phi is good and Theta is equally good , they just look for different things.. Thetas are intelligent and diverse with many types of girls, Alpha Phi appears to be more social party girls but they have many types of girls also.. Pnms tend to join houses where they know some of the girls or they have a family connection

Really spot on overall. I'd only argue AGD > Tri Delt and move Kappa Sig up with Sig Chi. If not right now probably by the end of the semester given the pledge classes but overall you got it
