I did not do formal recruitment here but I heard Zeta is colonizing. My cousin was the president of zeta at Towson University and she told me to go out for them. How many girls do you think will go out for zeta and what will they look for I girls?

They will get a lot of girls who've been dropped from all houses, didn't feel a connection, or sophomores/junior/seniors. If it's anything like gphi they'll have larger freshman/sophomore classes, smaller junior class and maybe a dozen seniors. They're allowed to take the average chapter size. Keep in mind that their recruitment process is being done by alumna so it's very different than 19-22 year olds. Gamma Phi had to cut a ton of girls, but forming your own chapter can be exciting. Defiantly give them a shot!

I think Gphi had about 350-400 women go out for them, and their chapter size was like 140 or so I'm assuming ZTA will have similar numbers. The main point is that a bid to ZTA isn't guaranteed, but you probably have a good chance.

You should go out for it but be aware you won't be guaranteed a bid. A lot of the girls going through recruitment are planning on dropping once all their top and mid tiers are gone to go try for zeta, plus any girl that got cut, couldn't do formal recruitment for scheduling reasons (like a wedding or something), plus all the girls that are only interested in zeta.
