based on what pnms are saying I don't know how good pi phi's PC is going to be, but who knows it's not even 3rd round yet. Also I think Tri delt could possibly pull out a really good pc. only time will tell

Literally every sorority is doing better in recruitment over pi phi. Both pi phi and alpha phi are falling

Any frat that isn't doing the second year live in will fall over the next couple of years, the ones that are will rise up

This is just a stupid question. How about you wait until recruitment is actually over and people have met the new pledge classes, until then there literally is no difference so stfu

I honestly think KD and Tri Delt are going to have decent PC's because they're not on the extreme ends of either scale. They're pretty normal and average and they also contain a mixture of different girls which makes the PNMs feel comfortable especially when they're reading the things on here about the top houses.

all you have to do is look at the length of the recruitment events to guess what kind of pledge classes each frat will have... 1 week vs 1.5 weeks vs 2 week ect. There is a lot of turn over with guys in recruitment because they are not forced to go to every house like girls and many guys fall through the cracks

I actually think AEPhi is on the rise. A lot of pnms have shown interest in it and I can see the chapter getting a great pledge class this year.

truthful response:

girls rising: pi phi, kd, tri delt (strongly)
girls falling: kappa, alpha phi (very badly)

guys rising: kappa sig (strongly), sae (slightly)
guys falling: tke (very badly), ato

i think DG is also rising a lot, will probably get a good PC after their last one wasn't amazing bc all the legacies. Idk is tke really falling? people just say that. Alpha phi is going down again after 1 good PC made them relevant. And phi psi continues to dominate everything
