theta cuts

Is it true that theta cut 1000 out of 1300 girls??

Theta is always a sought after house, but I highly doubt they could cut that many.

Pha will tell every sorority essentially how many to cut because what happens if theta did cut down to 300 girls and half dropped, but theta had released 50 today, then they'd be down to 100 going into sisterhood round, then they have to worry about girls wanting to come back to them, so they could lose another 25 before Saturday, which makes it 75. Then they are essentially going into pref round with 75 girls and trying to bring back 60 of them to bid
