invite only events

What does it mean as a rush to get an invite to an invite only event here for a fraternity, does it mean you are most likely getting a bid or will they do further cuts?

You'll get an idea for that when you see how many rushes are there. If there's 20 or so, you're probably in the clear but if there's over 40 there will be more cuts

Phi psi has 3 invite only events but I wasn't invited to the first one, does that mean I still have a chance of getting a bid?

No sadly you will not be receiving a bid. That's why people have been saying to look at multiple fraternities and have at least one backup
