pledge process

Which fraternities here don't have a pledge process, and you get initiated right away? I know SAE is like that, but are there any other fraternities like this? Thanks

None worth joining. A frat without a pledge process isn't a fraternity, it's a club.

Pledge process is supposed to build brotherhood and character. People do it because it works. If you don't want to to do it don't rush.

Sig do and sae don't have a "pledging process" because of the laws of their national organizations. Does this mean they don't still have pledging? You'll find out if you get a bid.

SAE does not having pledging you get initiated a couple of days after all the bids have been given out.
