pref and bids

by:

If you make it to pref and maximize your options from there, are you guaranteed a bid? Some schools guarantee bids if you do this, but I've never heard one way or another if OSU does.

Yes, if you maximize your options after preference ceremony, you are guaranteed a bid. This is why some sororities get more new members than quota. If you drop any houses, even just one, after preference ceremony, you may be left with no houses. Do not suicide houses unless you are so opposed to a certain house that you would be uncomfortable being their sister. This is an extreme circumstance however (like if one of their members bullied you in high school or something), and you should give all houses an equal shot, regardless of their reputation. Every sorority at OSU has every kind of girl and something for everyone.

Ohio State does NOT guarantee a bid if you maximize options. Don't listen to NPC/PHA because that isn't the case. Yes there are some campuses that do this, but we are not one of them.

Just stop. The odds of NOT getting a bid anywhere if you maximize all options are slim to none. We are not super selective so relax.
