I'm not in ato so I couldn't tell you for sure but it's true that their size limits them comparatively. Its probably that they're trying to be selective and grow at the same time which could be tough.

Debatable. I would but them ahead of FiJi and SigEp and wouldn't put them far behind Pike and SAE in the mid-tier area. And before it starts, no SAE isn't that good (yet).
They're not who they used to be, but far from "low tier". Hope this helps.

80? are they like super selective with their bids or do not a lot of people rush/take bids? I know it's a decent size for fraternities but most here (worth mentioning) have like 125+ it seems
