zeta housing

by: Realize this PNMs..

PNMs, unless zeta can convince kappa to lower the $5k security deposit or kick out Pike or AXiD(since they own both houses), zeta won't be able to participate in the second year live in requirement. Just something to remember if you want to live off campus in a sorority house...

I heard zeta will be kicking pike out of their house

Pike has a 5 yr contract (3yrs left) with the zeta house. They put tons of money into the house, and from what I heard nationals is not going to give up the contract with a fight, so zeta is going to let them finish our their lease.
