How is chi phi here? and how selective are fraternities in general?

Not very selective if you know how to chat people up and put your money where your mouth is. Pretty sure chi phi is irrelevant btw. RUSH KAPPA SIG

It depends on the fraternity for how selective it is. Chi phi is still non-relevant and pretty small. They did get their house back though so they will improve over the next few years. If you're looking for a good chapter socially right now, I'd look elsewhere. If you want to help build up a chapter then check them out.
