step housing for freshmen

I'm a freshman who wants to go Greek and have been looking into some frats here. I want to rush but wanted to try and look up the frats who will be approved for the step program since I don't want to be living in the dorms next year. Which houses are or will be approved for the step program?

most of the main frats and some other ones are approved. off the top of my head:

phi psi, kappa sig, sig chi, and delt. from the lower houses, i think Sig Ep is step-ready because the school owns their house. Maybe fiji also.

Kappa sig and sig chi are not dry houses they won't be doing step.

Houses that will:
Phi psi
Delt
SAE
PIKE
ATO
Sig Ep
Fiji

Not sure of the smaller ones.
