theta and pi phi = best two houses

Theta = girls next door, people say some are boring..but they are all well respected, plus very smart. these girls will have very successful careers as well.

Pi Phi = a mix of preppy/some edgy. very attractive. plus everyone is friends..literally no drama between the girls which is hard to find in a top house but everyone here is so closely bonded.

pi phi are the hot girl-next-door and dg are more party-fun oriented, while thetas seem more classy. they each fill their own little niche in the top tier.

dg had the party stereotype years ago...but not so much anymore...i feel like they are just an average sorority now.

i do agree though. if you want a top tier house with no drama and a strong sisterhood - go Pi Phi.
