There is no set number that a frat will give out. They could give out as many or as little as they want. Though most will give out more. If you go to a couple of their recruitment events, are chill, and don't try to hard, then you should be fine. Also, if you have a sig chi in one of your classes, talk them up(not creepily).

Larger top/middle tier frats will aim to take around 15 guys in the fall and 30 in the spring. This can fluctuate up or down depending on the quality of guys rushing, how many bids given out are accepted, and the amount of graduating people they need to replace.
