Honestly once you break into the "top tier" there's not a huge difference between the house ranks and it has more to with what style of girl you'd rather hang out with. Pi Phi, DG, Theta and Aphi all can do social events with pretty much whatever fraternities they want. Pi Phi and DG are typically the highest ranked but like I said it makes no difference really.

no, she's right. Theta has been long-standing top tier for a long time now. Alpha phi is only getting attention now that kappa is gone. #sorrynotsorry

Classier? Theta
Hotter? Alpha Phi has the edge but Theta has plenty of pretty girls too
Academics? Theta
More fun to Party with? Alpha Phi
Higher tier? Both are Top Tier, arguing over whitch one is higher ranked within that tier is kind of pointless although historically Theta has been top tier for a long time, Alpha Phi had Phi Psi for block so I don't see how they could be considered middle tier haha

Theta is/has been top tier for ages, and i guess Aphi has become top now that Kappa has been kicked off. They are definitely top-5. In general though, Theta is considered to be "more prestigious" than Aphi, but who cares. Top tier is top tier, they're all basically the same tbh.
