Nice self rank. SAEs are weird and it shows when no girls even accept their party invites. The last time I was at one of their events, they handed out drinks in pre-poured paper shot cups. Lol, but of course, keep self ranking about how "solid" you are. Maybe one day you'll pass pike or phi delt.

Definitely not top tier, but they're solid middle and have been improving. They do have a few weird guys, but most fraternities do.

a bunch of try hards, became more irrelevant after they lost their annex and people started to realize the only reason girls hungout with them was for convenience to the bars

Lol they didn't "lose" their annex. The house on 15th was disgusting although it had a good location. They are getting half the Sammy house next year.

as you can see from the posts above, SAE is the biggest self-ranking joke on here. They are middle tier, irrelevant, and literally no girls like them (and this is coming from a girl).

But, let the self rankers rank. LOL pathetic.

the above post only kinda works because half of those in anyone's case could be people just being haters, or the fact that a fraternity has moved up or down a lot.

In SAE's case they weren't even relevant before 2012, so when seniors were freshmen, this is an old ranking:
