gpa requirements for individual sororities

I'm a PNM and my GPA isn't great because I struggled for a number of reasons at the beginning of college. I've heard that a lot of chapters have individual GPA requirements beyond that of the whole Greek system. What are those requirements? I just don't want to get my hopes up ahead of time with these chapters.

Internal GPAs are part of Membership Selection, which is private information. Typically, you will know after the first round because they cut heavily for grades then. Hopefully, your grades from this semester will bring it up.

You are typically ok if you are over 3.0. Some chapters will take girls down to their minimum GPA, but only if they really want you . If they are on the fence with you and your GPA is down toward the minimum, they often will release you.

It is unfortunate but very true that a lot of houses will cut you for gpa especially if you're an upperclassman
