Yes sammy usually underground rushs. But because of this and the way they act, dont expect to be re-chartered if you join.

sammy isnt going to be back on campus ever. after this semester, the 10-ish cool guys they have left will be gone.

Sammy nationals is recharting this semester. They know who most of the underground sammy is, and won't let them in. If you ever want to be a part of a legitimate fraternity go through their nationals rush.
