I can't go to pha fall preview, will that hurt my chances for recruitment?

Fall Preview is just like practice for both the chapters and pnms. It is helpful for the actives to start getting to know you and helpful for you guys to know what to expect for recruitment. But girls can still sign up for recruitment through winter break so not attending cannot hurt you!
