dry phi psi?

So I've heard Phi Psi alum want them to do STEP, and I've also heard brothers didn't think this would happen and are now trying last minute to find an even somewhat adequate annex house.

Anyone know if this is true? Might take a big hit since sorority's nationals will definitely not let them party and drink in a house sponsored by a university program... at least I know my sisters any I wouldn't risk it.

I know phi psi has offered a couple other fraternities money to buy them out of their annex leases because they want those houses
